Abstract

Ushbu maqola gen terapiyasi va CRISPR texnologiyasining zamonaviy yo’nalishlarini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Asosiy e’tibor gen terapiyasining klinik qo‘llanilishi, CRISPR/Cas tizimi yordamida gen tahriri, uning imkoniyatlari va cheklovlariga qaratilgan. Tadqiqotda ilg‘or ilmiy manbalar tahlil qilinib, gen terapiyasi va CRISPR texnologiyasining amaliy natijalari va kelajak istiqbollari ko‘rsatildi. Shuningdek, maqolada xavfsizlik, etik masalalar va gen tahririning inson salomatligiga ta’siri ham muhokama qilinadi.
