Abstract

Ushbu maqolada antibiotiklarga chidamli mikroorganizmlarning shakllanish sabablari, ularning tarqalish mexanizmlari hamda global miqyosdagi tibbiy va ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy xavflari yoritilgan. Antibiotiklardan noto‘g‘ri va nazoratsiz foydalanish, shuningdek, veterinariya va qishloq xo‘jaligida keng qo‘llanishi natijasida rezistent shtammlarning paydo bo‘lishi ilmiy asosda tahlil qilingan. Rezistent mikroorganizmlar sababli infeksion kasalliklarni davolashning murakkablashuvi, o‘lim ko‘rsatkichlarining oshishi va sog‘liqni saqlash xarajatlarining ko‘payishi ko‘rsatib berilgan. Shuningdek, antibiotik rezistentlikka qarshi kurashning asosiy yo‘nalishlari, jumladan, ratsional antibiotikoterapiya, profilaktik chora-tadbirlar va yangi antibakterial preparatlarni ishlab chiqish istiqbollari muhokama qilingan. Maqola natijalari global sog‘liqni saqlash xavfsizligini ta’minlashda kompleks va tizimli yondashuv zarurligini asoslaydi
