Abstract
Uchinchi molyar tishlarni olib tashlash stomatologik amaliyotda keng qo‘llaniladigan muolajalardan biri bo‘lib, ko‘pincha infeksiya va alveolit (quruq alveola) kabi asoratlar bilan murakkablashadi. Ushbu asoratlarning oldini olish maqsadida antibiotiklardan profilaktik foydalanish masalasi ularning ehtimoliy xavflari va nojo‘ya ta’sirlari sababli bahsli bo‘lib qolmoqda. Shu bois, mazkur tizimli sharhning maqsadi uchinchi molyar tishlarni olishdan keyingi asoratlarning oldini olishda antibiotik buyurish samaradorligini aniqlashdan iborat. Jami 16 ta tadqiqot tahlil qilindi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, antibiotiklardan foydalanish ularni buyurmaslik bilan solishtirilganda infeksiya rivojlanish xavfini va quruq alveola (alveolit) uchrash chastotasini sezilarli darajada kamaytiradi. Ayniqsa, amoksitsillin+klavulan kislotasi yuqori samaradorlik ko‘rsatdi. Antibiotiklar, xususan amoksitsillin+klavulan kislotasi, uchinchi molyar tishlarni olib tashlashdan keyin yuzaga keladigan operatsiyadan keyingi infeksiyalar va alveolitning oldini olishda samarali hisoblanadi. Biroq, ularni qo‘llashda kutilayotgan foyda va ehtimoliy xavflar o‘rtasidagi muvozanat ehtiyotkorlik bilan baholanishi lozim. Mavjud dalillar stomatologik jarrohlik amaliyotida antibiotiklardan oqilona foydalanish bemor natijalarini yaxshilash, nojo‘ya ta’sirlar va antibiotiklarga rezistentlik rivojlanishi xavfini kamaytirishga xizmat qilishini ko‘rsatadi.
