Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Astragalus campylorrhynchus (Fabaceae) o‘simligining ildizi, poya-bargi, urug‘i va
po‘stlog‘ida vitaminlarning taqsimlanishi va ularning miqdoriy ko‘rsatkichlari HPLC-DAD usuli yordamida
aniqlash natijalari bayon etilgan. Tadqiqotlаr natijasida vitamin C, B9, B12 va B2 larni o‘simlikning turli organlarda ularning miqdori turlicha ekanligi qayd etildi. Spektral natijalar asosida vitaminlarning eng yuqori
miqdori poya-barg (C vitamini – 86.956 mg/100 g), urug‘ (B12 vitamini – 7.771 mg/100 g) hamda ildiz (B9
vitamini – 1.451 mg/100 g) da ekanligi aniqlandi. Olingan ma’lumotlar o‘simlikning vitaminlarga boy ekanligini va undan kelgusida oziq-ovqat sanoati uchun biofaol xomashyo sifatida foydalanishmumkin ekanligini
tasdiqlaydi
