Abstract
this article presents ideas and emphasizes the importance of strengthening the human body and spirit through Aikido Oriental martial arts, the necessity, factors, solutions for training biological and spiritual strength. The teachings of Aikido Oriental martial arts are discussed. Its main structural factors and parts are described. The criteria for forming a healthy lifestyle and developing the population's interest in Aikido Oriental martial arts are analyzed and compared with the criteria. Recommendations are given for developing the body and spirit.
