Abstract
Ushbu ilmiy ishda kokos moyi asosida noionogen sirt-faol moddalarni (SFM) sintez qilish va ularning tarkibini o‘rganish masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot davomida triglitseridlarning ishqoriy gidrolizi, erkin yog‘ kislotalarini ajratib olish va ularni dietanolamin bilan amidlash jarayonlari amalga oshirildi. Olingan mahsulotlarning tarkibi va tuzilishi xromatografiya, infraqizil spektroskopiya va yadroviy magnit rezonans usullari yordamida tahlil qilindi. Natijalar kokos moyi tarkibida asosan o‘rta zanjirli yog‘ kislotalari mavjudligini va ular asosida yuqori samarali, ekologik xavfsiz noionogen SFM olish mumkinligini ko‘rsatdi.
