Abstract
Mazkur maqolada ortiqcha vaznlilik va semirishning kelib chiqish sabablari, ularning inson organizmi tizimlariga ko‘rsatadigan salbiy ta’siri hamda ushbu holatning oldini olish usullari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda ortiqcha vaznning yurak-qon tomir, nafas olish, endokrin, ovqat hazm qilish va tayanch-harakat tizimlariga ta’siri ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritilgan. Shuningdek, sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirish, ratsional ovqatlanish, jismoniy faollikni oshirish va profilaktik chora-tadbirlarning ahamiyati ko‘rsatib berilgan. Maqola natijalari ortiqcha vaznlilikning oldini olishga qaratilgan tibbiy va gigiyenik tavsiyalarni ishlab chiqishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
